On March 1, 2012 I received a QSL from R.Taiwan International, 3965 kHz Issoudun 26/01/2012 20:00 UTC sent reception report via web report and received new full data QSL card in 35 days via ordinary mail.
The QSL of this mounth reproduces a work of artist Chau Er-dai (1916-1995), that is the horizontally painting named "Spring".
