New QSL from R.Taiwan International, 3965 kHz


Hello Radio friends!

On July 6, 2009 I received a QSL from R.Taiwan International, 3965 kHz. June 18, 2009 sent reception report via e-mail and received new full data QSL card in 18 days via ordinary mail.
